Hi yoboijeff93,

I would suggest you try safe mode.

Bạn đang xem: Lỗi your computer was unable to start

Safe mode is a troubleshooting option for Windows that starts your computer in a limited state. Only the basic files and drivers necessary lớn runWindows are started. The words "Safe Mode" appear in the corners of the display lớn identify whichWindows mode you are using. If an existing problem does not reappear when you start in safe mode, you can eliminate the mặc định settings & basic device drivers as possible causes.

If you don"t know the cause of the problem, you can use the process of elimination to lớn help you find the problem. Try starting all of the programs you commonly use, including the programs in your Startup thư mục, one by one, to see if a program might be the cause of the problem.

Follow the steps lớn boot the computer in safe mode with networking:

1. Restart your computer if it is powered on.

2. Tap the F8 key after your computer initially powers on.

3. Once you see the Advanced Boot Options thực đơn you can stop tapping.
